SoundLock doors are based on 54mm door blanks manufactured by Halspan (Prima 60) in Germany from sustainable forest stocks.
They can be finished with any shade and type of wood and specialised finishes including glazing, latticework, carving and panelling can be undertaken on request. Door frames are constructed of solid hardwood chosen to match door finishes and skirting, giving a uniform finish across any single production batch. CNC cutting and finishing, and four stainless steel hinges per door ensure a high quality flush fit.
Stainless steel ironmongery can be supplied ready fitted or for site fixing and door stops and closers can also be fitted if required.
The acoustic and fire performance of the doors is ensured by the installation of Lorient seals; intumescent seals are recessed into the entire perimeter of the door frame and heavy duty acoustic seals are fitted to jamb and head with drop seal and alloy plate fitted to threshold.
