CMS SoundLay E acoustic underlay is an acoustic barrier material used to reduce impact noise in floating floor applications.
It is based on a very flexible viscoelastic mass, with various fillers of varying granularity, laminated with an open cell regenerated PU foam.
Applications
The CMS SoundLay E is used to de-couple floating floors in order to damp
impact noises. It is suitable for brick/concrete floors in residential buildings.
Benefits
- Reduces impact noise transmission
- Improves airborne sound insulation
- Tested on basic floor constructions
- Thin, easy to handle sheets
- Flexible and easily cut
