Business Development Manager
Based Colchester / Wickford
A vacancy has arisen for an External Business Development Manager based initially at our Colchester Office then moving to our (soon to open) Wickford Branch.
The role will consist of effectively managing and developing a territory primarily covering the South East of England and London. The role will report directly to the Sales Director.
Duties include external customer calling, developing and maintaining targeted accounts within the geographical area. You will also be developing sales of core products within these accounts, along with specialist products and bespoke solutions. Other requirements of the role include utilising leads from branch, project tracking and converting to orders.
It is essential that you possess excellent communication skills, be self motivated and have excellent personal and time management skills.You should have previous internal or external sales experience. You must also hold a full driving license. Product knowledge would be advantageous however, full training will be given.
